Seattle (eCanadaNow) - Google has added a new feature to Street view which will blur the faces of those caught by the Google cameras.
Google has stated that this new software will help protect the privacy of people who do not appreciate what Google Street View does, and is a necessary addition to expand Street View outside of the U.S. to Canada and abroad.
Google is testing out the new feature in Street View in Manhattan first to make sure everything goes as planned.
Reports state thus far that the software works very well, with the only issue being that it does miss the detection of faces at times.
