If once you do not succeed, try, try again, right?

A Florida woman was arrested after her second attempt to kill her husband. The police found out about her plans, and staged a murder scene for her to come home to. They told her, her husband had been killed, and she put on an Oscar worthy performance.

Her first two attempts obviously failed, so she decided to try another course of action. Her first attempt included putting anti-freeze in his ice tea. She later tried to have him busted for selling drugs.

Dalia Dippolito met with a hitman and paid $1200 for him to murder her husband. She timed the hit when she would be getting her hair done. Unfortunately, for Mrs. Dippolito the hitman was an undercover a cop. The entire conversation was recorded, and is being used as evidence against her.

The police took her to the police station, where she had a face to face encounter with the hired hitman. He informed her, her husband was alive and well in the next room. She was promptly arrested for 1st degree solicitation to commit murder.
