According to reports a Louisiana a woman has been charged with attacking her boyfriend with a pot of boiling grits.
Sheriff’s deputies say 44-year-old Carolyn Brown caused second-degree burns on the man’s face and arms. Grits are a corn-based porridge.
The man said he came home from work on Novemeber 7 and got into a heated argument with Brown. He informed her that he wanted to break up with her, then went to bed.
“She came into the room and apparently dumped a huge pot of hot grits on the victim,” St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Sgt. Dwayne LaGrange said.
LaGrange immediately woke not knowing what happened.
“He felt a very, very hot sensation with a lot of burning,” LaGrange said.
Sheriff’s deputies say 44-year-old Carolyn Brown caused second-degree burns on the man’s face and arms.
The Times-Picayune reports Brown was booked on a second-degree battery charge.

That has happened long before Madea. They have been doing that in Mississippi as far back as the early 80′s because I worked somewhere where the man came down the hallway in the hospital to the ER with grits stuck all over his body, since he slept in the nude, he got it everywhere.
I think Al Green was way before then, he got burned in 1974 with some hot grits too, then the lady who did it committed suicide!

Let me first say she should not have done it, BUT what dumb A– tells a woman after an heated argument that he wants to break up then go to sleep. He was on a death wish, He is lucky that she didnt kill him. Then they really would have been broken up.
Lynnes’ right there are alot of starving people, but NOT only in other countries but right here in AMERICA. Maian you are also right, she should not of hurt that man like that. Woman have to understand men are like buses another on will come along in a minute. There are plenty of men out there that will treat you right.
