According to media reports Monday, in a fit of rage, a US woman punched through a McDonald’s drive-through window because Chicken McNuggets were no longer available.
The AP reports that police were called on Friday to a Macdonald’s in Toledo Ohio after Melodi Dushane, 24, punched out the window of the Toledo restaurant’s drive-thew after being told there were no more Chicken McNuggests.
Police told The Blade newspaper that Dushane was treated for injuries, then jailed for felony vandalism.
She pleaded not guilty to a vandalism charge.
She was also banned from further contact with the McDonald’s franchise where the incident occurred.
No word yet as to when the restaurant will have Chicken McNuggets again.
