Kiss Shuts Down Airport, Delays Countless Flights

We may not all know his name by now but we all know what he did this week at Newark Airport.

Haisong Jiang wanted more more kiss from his girlfriend before her flight left.

The incident led to the shutdown of a Newark Airport terminal and delayed flights all over the world. He was arrested since and faces charges of trespassing and fines.

Haisong Jiang, 28 was arrested Friday night at his home in Piscataway, New Jersey. Port Authority police who also arrested him and released him the same evening had previously questioned him at the airport.

Previous experience and records show that Jiang will end up in court with traffic violators, he might get probation, community service and a small fine. That is it. This guy cost tax payers a million dollars (give or take), shut down a major airport terminal for six hours and his only charge is trespassing? Isn’t that what the police use to keep kids off the football field and out from under the bleachers at night?

As captured on Transportation and Security Administration video of the terminal a man (Jiang?) is shooed back behind security ropes more than once by a TSA guard. At one point, the guard walks over to him to get him to step back and when the guard moves away, only a few feet and turns his back to the man he goes under the rope and walks off with a woman.

This was a purposeful and willful act and all the guy gets is charged with trespassing. Somehow, that charge in my opinion at least does not fit the ruckus he caused in the terminal. I am also pretty sure the people who had to camp out for over six hours waiting to board other flights or stuck in a New Jersey hotel the first night of their vacation would agree.

    hey,

Funny that all of a sudden some people gets excited and even combative with this story of a man who isobviously not a terrorist all because this Demon Cats led Admin. had goofed off on their responsibilities. But no one blinked when the real terrorists are setting free just to come badk to attack us. Sure, close Guantanamo Prison, bring them to Chicago, so they can get the American Justice, you morons you!!!

the airport guard should pay partial responsibility for the accident as well.

  3. Hao Di says:

This person actually did a good thing to test out the big problems at Airport safety check.

  4. James says:

The airport guard is an idiot and should be put in jail!! It’s his responsibility to guard and protect the airport and he FAILED!! That’s how the real terrorists got in.

  5. Ken says:

He is charged with defiant trespass, which carries up to 30 days in jail.

The security guard is the person who is responsible for the delays, his job is to prevent these very human lapses in judgment from happening.
