Skydivers are always looking for new challenges. The world’s tallest building in Dubai may be the next challenge that the world’s most talented skydivers are looking for. Despite the fact that so many in the media gave reports about how the workers involved in the construction of the building were mistreated, the world’s tallest building is still out there for skydivers to try jumping off one day if they can get the security clearance to do so. People need to realize that the Dubai government can indeed make a lot of revenue for their municipalities by letting skydivers attempt the jump from their tower.
Skydivers should think about what exactly they are supporting if they do indeed jump off the tower. The government of Dubai was certainly not pro-collective bargaining when it came to the rights of the workers who were constructing this building. The building of the Burj Khalifa is an impressive accomplishment and the Dubai governments wants to give off the impression that everyone is ecstatic with the process it took to create it.
There should no doubt that no matter what you think of the labor rights situation involved, the two thousand seven hundred foot plus tall building will be a definite challenge for any skydiver.

It’s called base jumping when you jump off a building. Not Skydiving.
