An unidentified flying object was spotted just outside the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International July 7th in the city of Hangzhou, China. The Civil Aviation Administration of China suspended flights for 60 minutes as they attempted to determine the origination of the UFO.
In China it is unusual for information of this kind to make the Internet, let alone the local news but the pictures and speculation ran rampant in China as the Civil Aviation Administration of China scrambled to confirm the UFO’s identity.
While reporting the disclosure and subsequent reporting of the incident, the New York Times stated in their coverage of the incident, “an extraordinary reversal in a country where, 25 years ago … expressing belief in them might have been a ticket to jail.”
When the event initially happened on July 7th a worker at Sina made three online posts in regard to the unidentified flying object but the posts were deleted soon after they hit the Internet. The Chinese press has said the Internet posts were deleted after a government official instructed the poster to do so.
Although the Chinese government is now saying the UFO is under investigation, the day after the sighting the Chinese government agency, the Civil Aviation Administration of China, told the China Daily News a different story. The CAAC stated to the China Daily News they had determine “there was a military connection.”ed the origination of the UFO but they could not release further information stating, “there was a military connection.”
One week later, the Civil Aviation Administration of China still has not made a definitive statement to explain the UFO sighting and the ensuing closure of the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International for 60 minutes. The Chinese government has not reached out to any other countries for help in solving the issue at this time.

China Now Says UFO Over Chinese Airport Under Investigation

i totally believe it. the same kind of object was seen by my fren just three months ago in a small town called zhending near to shijiazhuang a very close town to beijing .even he was able to take picture with his cell phone .we still got the clear picture and tried to report to the media but was worthless…there might be many possible things going around in chinese space either they are hiding or cant detect it.anyway some one is spying secretly .
It is made of an interior cone shape that must be spiriling and can travel at light speeds this way.
Did it land? Maybe China has developed it? So advanced?
CONEHEADS!
your an idiot, someone is not spying “secretley”. That would be the dumbest spy plane if a whole city could see it. If anything its an expiremental aircraft.
Why is there no reference to this in Western newspapers and websites? It’s not necessarily “alien,” though … it could be a runaway solid fuel rocket or boosters similar to those on the Challenger, which were remotely detonated before they could wander too far from the disaster.
Runaway solid fuel rocket/booster….. I do believe pigs fly these days so there you have it. Educated people are now fooled into thinking ANYTHING is a ufo.
I’d believe that the Chinese Ministry of Public Security could be practicing stealth programs and this might be a ‘defect’ so to speak, though I doubt airborne active camouflage to exist at this point, and if it were something like that, it probably would’ve crashed.
There’s no way, really, to confirm nor deny the existence of this being human or non-human technology until the Chinese Government decide they actually want to comment on the full extent of their investigation. At this point in time, it’s very likely that nobody outside of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Science & Technology will ever know what really flew over Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport.
Anybody that truly believes that we’re “alone” really doesn’t have any idea how big the universe is & what it would take to have longterm existence, longer than your original star/planet- which will eventualy die. Then again, just a few hundre yrs back most peopl believed the world was flat and would not have accept otherewise. When our sun dies- if we haven’t figured out space travel/existence- we’re doomed to fall w/ it.
Some theorized UFO sightings tend 2 happen before and after major events (Earthquakes, Hurricanes, Nuclear Explosions, Etc.) Maybe they deem us worthy of saving from either ourselves or solar demise? Or maybe they’re capturing our last moments- watching a dying species. Obviously they mean us no harm because a puny planet such as ours would not b hard 2 destroy considering the technological advancements they’ve obsiously made…
haha
@RujeNuwe
If our species even survives till the time our star dies (which is unlikely), then i surely hope that we understand space enough to travel through it faster, because if not… well, 2012 might as well come early.
I’m pretty sure I saw this last night over my house.
Oh, wait. Nevermind.
It was just my anus pushing out toxic waste.
Sand Pipers Unite!
It’s innovative flying noodle stalls.
Maybe its a Gundam base?
