Dancing With The Stars Results Week 7

2 Eliminated on Dancing With The Stars

Dancing With the Stars celebrity reality dancing show, finally sent home a couple of the very boring celebrity dancers. For fans of the show, it seemed impossible that these two guys would stick around as long as they did. Michael Irvin and Mark Dacasos were eliminated last night, in a double elimination event on the show. Typically only one celebrity is voted off per week.

This season of DWTS has proven to be very unexciting. The remaining contestants have some talent, so it should be a little more entertaining. Irvin, who is former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver, has struggled since the beginning of the competition. His last performance was actually one of the better performances he has had on the show, but not enough to keep him for another week.

Dacasos danced a very weak Samba on Monday night, and it was no surprise when he was put in the bottom three. His dance off against Aaron Carter was a little embarrassing. Dacasos incorporated a lot of his favorite moves including two cartwheels into his unimpressive 30 second routine. Dacasos is the host of the popular Iron Chef cooking show.

The elimination episode featured a performance by Rod Stewart and Colbie Caillat. Derek Hough and Mark Ballas who are DTWS dancers, have formed a band. They gave a small performance as well.

The remaining celebrities include Kelly Osborne, Donny Osmond, Joanna Krupa, Mya, and Aaron Carter.

Why did Mark and Lacy have to go! Why didn’t Vein Dude leave? Oh well.

I had a feeling that both Michael and Mark would go, Aaron never ceases to amaze me every week. His and Karina’s Jive on Monday was great (however the yell he made as the judges praised his dance was a bit too much for me to bear). He came back dancing to a different tune on Tuesday with feet of fury and determened that he can do much better.
I enjoyed Donny’s dance as well. Though he was not feeling he best, he sure as anything gave it his best.
The very best of luck to those who remain.
