I think everyone is giving Sandra a hard time, how can you say she can’t have children, do you know her? Or is it that you are threatened by her ability to be a woman who used her mind to get ahead rather than her body? Frankly, I don’t think if they won custody that the mother wouldn’t be allowed visitation rights. It is about what is a more wholesome environment for a child and it seems like her father has the more stable environment right now. I never understood why Sandra married him though..she is so awesome and can do so much better! PS- Jesus saves!

I agree with LOVE TO ALL above…This poor little girl has done NOTHING wrong!! It’s the parents who want the spotlight! I’m sure these ’stars’ can tell the media to stay out of the divorce, the media just doesn’t put the story out there nation-wide without their consent! That is what’s wrong with America, it comes down to greed! No wonder our future on this earth looks bleak!!

It seems to me the only one that hasn’t been to jail is Bullock..so give her custody and tell the “real” parents to get their crap together and then they have to prove it to Bullock and the courts

I agree with Debbie that Jessie James is a hypocrit…..He did not have anything to do with his child and now he wants to take her away from her mom who clearly has some issues…. no child should be subjected to that lifestyle but why did he not do anything about it before now….like taking her for the weekends and giving her a break so she can let off steam in an adult environment withour the burden of a child…..she deserves that at least….if he really was selfless about the whole thing he would try to help his exwife and be there for her as a coparent…he is to be commended for turning his life around but the main issue should be how can he help her get her life straight so an innocent child can have the benefit of both parents being in her life in a healthy way…..none of us has the right to judge either of them…..but sandra bullock should get off her high horse and go make a movie….cant jessie be the one who cares for his childre after all they are his…

The child is the product of both parents. There should be no custody battle,

The answer is shared parenting, 50 /50. If one side doesn’t like the parenting skills of the other~~~get over it!

I think a lot of you are missing the boat on this one. There is a child involved. In a “normal” case of this nature, the child would be removed from the home by social services and placed with the responsible party, in this case James and Bullock. They are actually doing the right thing, if they are truly concerned for this child’s safety and well being, by fighting for custody. It’s regardless of her profession, I’m sure there are plenty of porn stars that are responsible parents. It’s the sleeping during the day when the child is in her care, the drug use, and what seems to be a myriad of other issues that seem to be the problem at hand. If this were a disadvantaged single mother in the projects that chose to make these same mistakes, the child would be pulled from the home.

I agree that Sandra stay out. Only be there as a support but make no conclusions on only one sided theories. There is always two sides. Believe me it happened to me.

The children of wrecked households are the ones that are stuck with the life long damage. The mother needs to avaluate her life and make a change before she misses out on her childs life. I waited too long to come around and due to that, I have missed my sons childhood. Something I will never be able to get back or give to him. I am an ex-felon who lived the reckless life of pornagraph, drugs, violence, etc, etc. Through the help of Jesus, I have changed my life. There are still some issues in my life I am working on, but you wouldn’t know me now if you knew me then.
