His spokesman said: “He’s fine, absolutely fine.”
John, 62, is now planning to resume his work, reported mirror.co.uk.
The “Rocket Man” singer had postponed performances in Sheffield, Newcastle, London, Liverpool and Dublin since Oct 23 when he contracted flu.

Sir Elton John Released From Hospital, Ready To Work

Thank goodness Elton is alright. I have never seen him in concert(YET) but plan to when he comes to Portland. He was scheduled on my bday Nov. 10th in Portland and had to be postponed. Better postponed than not at all!!
I thought he died?
Happy Birthday RaeLynn….was hoping he’d come to Seattle for my birthday, but he scheduled it at Portland that night!! #30 on Tuesday for me, but no show.

Iam glad to hear that ELTON is feeling better.
He scared me last week, because he is gettig up
there in years but he will always be the in music.
The best bad ever put together is his original band.
ELTON USAE TO RECORD 2-ALBUMS A YEAR WITHOUT ANY DELAYS.There will never be a band that can even try that in todays world….
wow that is some great news. This guy has meant so much to so many people down through the years! Rock on Sir Elton!!
Good new he’s feeling better.Like Bruce said,he is getting up in years. He’s so part of alot of our early years, and our taste in music. We were blessed to cut our teeth on him,David Bowie, and the best of the best.God Bless You,Sir Elton.
Please, 62 is not “getting up in age” anymore! There are a lot of entertainers way over 62 and still doing fine.
Many people are working into their 70’s now. Haven’t you heard “60 is the new 40?” People who retire at that ripe old age of 62 are more prone to depression and feeling worthless than those who work longer. This has been proven in studies.
For the record, I am 55 and look younger and feel 45 despite having a pacemaker. I’ve discovered a lot more about myself and talents and interests. My husband is 6l and holding up quite well. We took a cross county car trip in 2007 and are planning another one next spring. So, you can see, life isn’t over at 62 unless you want it to be.
I’ve listened to Elton since the early ’70’s and was too young to have an opinion on gender. I do know about it now and don’t care. I love Elton’s music back then, now and forever. I only have fond memories of his music and hope he continues making more music in the future.
Love you Sir Elton…Rock on!
You have to stay alive “sir Elton John” I couldnt take it, losing another Idol now.!
get well soon
Thank Heaven he is better. We have tickets for Sir Elton and Billy Joel November 14th at the Oracle Arena, Oakland Ca. Woo Hoo! Can’t wait to see both of them………
