Weather often did not cooperate with the shooting of the film, as the crew had to deal with hurricanes in Puerto Rico and sandstorms in New Mexico. The movie has drawn comparisons to Dr. Strangelove because of its twisted humor, and it is receiving mixed reviews overall.
