Here we go again.
There is a nasty rumor swirling around the web-er-net that “Hannah Montana” star Miley Cyrus has died.
According to the reports, Cyrus allegedly suffered fatal injuries in a car crash somewhere in LA earlier today.
The “news” has only been reported in sites like twitter and facebook and has not gained any attention from the mainstream media.
The good news is, this isn’t the first time the pop singer died.
In September of last year a similar rumor spread like wildfire across the internet.
The rumors were started on sites like digg.com and wikipedia by someone who apparently has too much time on their hands. The Miley Cyrus dead rumor took off from there and took on a life of its own – so to speak.
The problem is that regardless of how many times it’s reported that the car accident didn’t happen and the 16 year old Hannah Montana star is still alive and well.
