A few weeks ago Rosie O’Donnell said in an interview with USA Today that she and partner Kelli Carpenter were working on their issues “We’re a family. We will remain a family forever. Kelli and I love each other very much and we are working on our issues. Those are the only words I am ever going to say. Ever. And that is something that has been agreed upon by all parties.”

Well the silence has been broken already and while interviewing a pet physic on her radio show on Sirius Satellite O’Donnell admitted that Kelli hadn’t been living with her and the kids for 2 years.

“What happened [was] when Kelli moved out two years ago, I got the dog. Because I wanted another child or something to love. And I got the dog.”

The couple’s four children still live with O?Donnell and reportedly fight over who will take care of the dog.
