In an appearance on Leno Monday November, 16 Taylor Lautner debuted the new trailer New Moon.

The movie will be opening on November 20th.

This is the second installment in the Twilight series, and the story takes new direction and introduces several new characters. In New Moon Edward leaves Bella in an attempt to keep her safe. This leads Bella to the discovery that her friend Jacob has secrets of his own. We also see the return of the vampires that were chasing Bella in Twilight as well as the introduction of the Volturi who act as the keepers of the law for the vampire world.

The movie stars Kristen Stewart as Bella and Robert Pattinson as Edward.

The trailer shows a great deal of action as well as some very impressive special effects as the boys from the tribe make their transformation into the pack of wolves that guard against the vampires.

The movie promises more of the action, romance and drama that Twilight brought to the theater last year.
