Anthony Michael Hall Accused Of Beating His EX

According to Page Six  Anthony Michael Hall’s ex-girlfriend, Sirius Radio host Diana Falzone, was granted a temporary restraining order against him after he allegedly assaulted her last week.

Falzone claims Hall attempted to kick down her front door last week. Failing to do so, Falzone let Hall in only to have her head bashed against the wall. Hall will have to appear at a hearing next week.

In Manhattan Family Court last week, a judge issued a temporary restraining order barring Anthony from contacting Diana. The former child star, who suffers from bipolar disorder, is due in court next week.

A spokesperson for Hall denies the allegations that he got violent with Diana, “All of the allegations are erroneous and will be addressed accordingly.”

Hall, 41, is best known for roles in 80’s teen movies such as Sixteen Candles,  The Breakfast Club and Weird Science,

If she was awarded a restraining order that means it was
presented before a judge & he had to hear it first before & decide if the order was warranted so obviously
the judge thought there was significant evidence to prove the restraining order was needed & was granted so give me abreak on the Allegations are arroneous line thats just legal jargon but he will get what he deserves unless he pays his high priced atty enough to get off which just means he will move on to the next victim…..what is this world coming to that this would be acceptable…..congrats to her for trying to get the heck out of a BAD RELATIONSHIP!!!!!!!

crm, you are mistaken. Being granted a temporary order simply means you showed up and asked for one. There are absolutely no finding of facts until both sides have been heard. Please try and bear in mind then, that Mr. Hall is still innocent, and will remain so until the unlikely event that the woman can prove her case to the judge by the preponderance of the evidence.

Let me guess – in order of the three responses above – starting with beyondbelief, CRM, Deanwest. MAN, WOMAN, MAN – people have knee jerk reactions to these stories (that generate good copy people – journalistic integrity should be given the proper funeral it deserves)that start postulating, theorizing and pontificating – wow – total verbal masturbation.

the two people involved know what’s going on. let’s go do something productive now.
