Millions of fans gathered together last night in Vancouver to see late night screenings of New Moon, the second installment in the wildly popular Twilight saga. Many fans have been hanging on to their New Moon tickets for up to a month before the film’s release.
New Moon is the continuation of the love story between girl next door Bella Swan, the vampire Edward Cullen, and the werewolf Jacob Black. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner all reprised their roles for the movie.
The movie opening in Vancouver was especially exciting since New Moon was filmed in the area. Many of the fans decided to dress up as their favorite characters from the books at the movie screenings. During filming, fans were everywhere, doing their best to see the idolized stars of the movie in action.
New Moon has already broken box office records just from ticket pre-sales, and is expected to turn a profit on its premiere weekend.

Robert Pattinson was the coolest guy in twilight, and Taylor Lautner had a wig, and didn’t look so good. But in NEW MOON…. Taylor Lautnor was the hotest guy with short hair and always with his shirt off. Jacob Black + New Moon = WOW! (So cute!) I call him taylor hotner!
LOVE Taylor Lautner in the movie! I went last night and brought a plate with Jaco»Life Plain and Simple by Lisa Rospicture on it and kissed it with red lipstick on. This one girl said she was team edward, so I showed her my Jacob plate when he had short hair and she said, “Wow, he changed! Team Jacob all the way!” And that, is how you change a girls life by picking a hotter one.
