Most people known Katie Couric as the outstanding jouranist always prepared and always courteous. But what you might not have known is that she likes to get funky on the dance floor.
After being named the new anchor of the CBS Evening News in 2006, Couric had good reason to party down.
New pictures have been released show Couric doing some sort of drunken dance! The pictures were obtained by Gawker and show the CBC news anchor getting down at an after-party celebrating her debut as anchor of the CBS Evening News back in 2006.
The collection of Facebook photos show Couric doing something similar to the “Stanky Leg” — and an assortment of other dances that should be outlawed for people over 40.
The images were found in an album called “Four Martini Minimum.”

that’s ok.. it’s a private affair and so if she dance?? if she acted weird or something… will that affect the quality of work she’s doing on the evening news?? and is she not allowed to dance or act normal bcoz she’s a journalist???

All the comments I read state its ok for Katie to dance like this, etc. and I agree, but I can’t stop wondering what those same people would say if Sarah Palin was caught dancing like that? Mmmmm, betcha they might be singing a different tune….. I’m just saying….
Well Karen, you can’t compare Katie Couric to Sarah Palin. I don’t care if Sarah can dance or not she’s still an idiot and a terrible role model, especially for young women. At least Katie Couric is smart, has a solid point of view…and I think it’s awesome that she got her groove on! I would actually like to see Palin doing something other than killing endangered wolves from her helicopter and spewing a bunch of crap.
