On Tuesday, New England Patriots QB Tom Brady and his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen  welcomed a new baby boy and Gisele’s family was thrilled!

“He’s a beautiful, healthy boy,” the supermodel’s twin sister, Patricia, told People.com while in Boston, Massachusetts. “We are all really happy!”

Gisele’s father Valdir flew over to the U.S. and told PEOPLE was excited about being a grandfather, saying, “Obviously I have a huge desire to see my grandson. … The arrival of a grandson always brings happiness to the grandfather.”

He continues, “We don’t know the name yet. I don’t have all the details. But obviously when someone is born into the family, it makes us all happy.”

On Wednesday, Brady officially announced the news of his son at a press conference at Gillette Stadium.

This is the first baby for the supermodel and the second child for Tom, who has 2-year-old son, John, with actress Bridget Moynahan.

“It went great,” the football player told reporters. “I didn’t get much sleep, but I think that’s most of us around here this time of year. I think everyone is doing well.”
