Just a few days after Brittany Murphy died; a few details of her will have been released.

Murphy had a will drawn up before marrying her husband Simon Monjack.

Her estate was left in trust to her mother Sharon Murphy with no mention of Monjack.

Monjack and Murphy were married in May 2007; it’s not known whether or not Murphy amended her will after the marriage.

The 32 year-old actress died of cardiac arrest on Sunday.

Autopsy and toxicology reports are still pending.
