Jermaine Jackson apparently has been having some trouble in recent dealings with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Jermaine is upset with the fact that the FBI did not release these documents while his brother was still alive in order to clear his name. The FBI rarely releases documents such as this while a person happens to still be alive.
Jackson also had a long list of people who could make a claim against his estate as documents also revealed. One of these people who apparently could make such a claim against his estate is Jermaine Jackson.
Jermaine Jackson denies that he could or would even want to make a claim against his brother’s estate. Most of his criticism also was towards news organizations who could have found out sooner that the FBI had nothing of substance on his brother. It is up to the eye of the beholder as to whether the documents have nothing on his brother.
There are one hundred and forty nine pages on the fact that Michael was involved in child molestation cases.
This is the same guy Jermaine Jackson who wrote a FULL Book called Legacy and tried to sell it a few years ago saying his brother was basically guilty! Of course he was guilty, Phone Sex with a Boy in 1979, 2 Mexican Boys in Mid 1980′s, Another Boy on a train, a Boy he paid off in 1990 which he lied about until it came out in 2003, 1993 Boy paid off, another boy in 1995 he gave wine to, slept in bed with & talked about sex with & then the last boy in 2003 which he was found not guilty of. He promoted Neverland as a safe pace for boys – but there was porn everywhere & wine given to them behind closed doors.

wow John you sound really desperate, where is your proof that any of this took place because the FBI couldn’t find any truth to these allegations, maybe you should have given them your information, anyway it’s obvious Michael was INNOCENT because the FBI was waiting for anything that would give them a reason to arrest Michael, they had nothing to back up these tabloid stories. ” It is up to the eye of the beholder as to whether the documents have nothing on his brother” we all see the same documents, we all read the same things, tabloid stories, 2005 trial found INNOCENT, no child porn, no images, no reliable witnesses just people looking to sell a story, give up the BS on Michael, shove your innuendos up your a** eCanadaNow!!!
To John, Black princess, and Kim. What has kept my ongoing interest in this is the vehement reponse of both fans and foes of Michael Jackson. The heated comments here are very intriguing to me, and so I will give some food for thought.
As a regulator, my professional curiosity got the better of me, so I read the files that became accessible. About all they pointed out is how appallingly Mr. Jackson was stalked. But they really don’t say anything, one way or the other, about the molestation accusations. My regulator’s eye would like to see the documents currently unavailable. I would also want to see the documents collected by the police department, which did most of the investigating. In addition, I would want to see the documents excluded by both the prosecuting and defending attorneys, as well as the individual parties involved. Having dealt with lawyers, I am too aware of how the accessibility of documents can manipulate the outcome. (As you can imagine, lawyers hate regulators because we ask too many questions and demand too many additional documents when our compliance instincts tell us something is missing.) Until then, I remain neutral.
None of us were there, so none us can say with abolute assurance that Mr. Jackson was guilty or not guilty. Therefore, none of us are qualified to give a verdict. I tend to lean toward “not guilty”, but I say that knowing I don’t know, which makes me equally unqualified.
This being so, I have questions for you because I am truly curious, although I do this at the risk of being flamed. Why do you need to believe he is guilty or not guilty? What does this is say about your need to have Mr. Jackson guilty or not guilty? What is at stake for you? What does this say about that which you need from celebrities? What does this say about you, as individuals? Have you considered the possibility most people regard him as just human, albeit a troubled one, and would rather concentrate solely on the body of work he produced?
I would like to just understand the motives of his fans and foes alike.
