Kate Gosselin’s famous reverse mullet type hairdo is no longer. With the New Year comes a new look for Kate thanks to hairstylist Ted Gibson. He has changed her short asymmetrical look to a long pop start type do.
Kate Gosselins face is on the cover of People magazine this week showing off her new look and talking about her new life. She stated that the old hairstyle represented the old her.

The process of adding the hair extensions took over 15 hours for Ted Gibson to do. Gibson said he gave her a look that is longer in the back and shorter in the front that makes her look sexy instead of having those bangs that previously covered her eyes. The extensions were actually done with a fairly new process called bonding that glues the extensions to individual hair strands instead of just weaving it in.

Kate’s divorce from husband Jon became final the end of last year and she stated it was time for a new look. The only question that remains is what are people going to wear this Halloween when dressing up as her?
