Dr. Conrad Murray does in fact have a very sordid past. He is loved by many of his patients in the Houston area, but he also has a history of failed business deals.
This history is only likely to get more sordid now that it looks like prosecutors will be indicting him as part of the probe into Michael Jackson’s death. The fact that Jackson’s death has now been officially listed as a homicide is not a good sign for Murray.
Murray is likely going to be questioned by his own attorneys about exactly how much Propofol he gave to the pop star Michael Jackson. Propofol was the drug that reportedly stopped the performer’s heart.
The Jackson family has put out a statement saying that they hope whoever killed Michael Jackson will be caught and brought to justice.
This whole ordeal is quite a fall from grace for Dr. Conrad Murray who personally was on the medical staff which was assigned to look after the well being of former Vice President Dick Cheney at one.
Conrad Murray still claims to be innocent of all formal charges and allegations. He plans to have his legal team prove his innocence in a court room.

Prosecutors to Indict Michael Jackson's Doctor, Conrad Murray

Micheal was a heart of hearts that has touch millions. God’s plan has be fulfilled.
The question I hear no-one asking in the press or blogland in general is – ‘why’ was Michael Jackson taking drugs? What made a relatively fit man known for abstention from the early part of his career until the late 1990′s, end his days in a made-to-measure trauma room?
British journalist Charles Thomson’s clear analysis of the recently released FBI files which can be viewed at:
http://charlesthomsonjournalist.blogspot.com/2010/01/fbi-files-support-jacksons-innocence.html#comments
- finally and absolutely debunks the myth of Mr Jackson as a molester of children. His point by point breakdown of the files reveals – not only the inability of both the FBI and the LAPD to provide any evidence of criminal wrongdoing by Mr Jackson in an investigation that spanned over fifteen years, but also the continuing inference by the media of exactly the opposite.
It is important to note there is a profound difference between the FBI stating that X and Y were alleged, and the FBI saying we investigated X and Y – and found X and Y to be proven. Thomson’s review of the files is thus required reading for any who wish to seperate the facts from the soundbites which have largely dominated the media reporting on them.
Because the truth is, after the most thorough investigation the American taxpayer’s money could buy, one of the foremost intelligence gathering agencies in the world and the LAPD came up with precisely – nothing. Instead we were served a collage of cut-out articles from a UK tabloid, the whitterings of an unverifiable woman on a train, and two ex-employees who only came forward after the 1993 allegations broke and who – coincidentally, were also hawking a tell-all book to anyone who would listen.
Long before Dr Murray wrote his first ‘feel-good’ prescription, a lie of epic proportions set in motion a cataclysmic series of events that would bring Michael to the state of profound depletion we saw in 2005. Evan Chandler – a known brutalist, and Janet Arviso, a proven welfare cheat and compensation-chaser manipulated the American Criminal system and a willing media to bury Michael under the worst label society has determined exists. No proof was required, the suggestion was enough. And the world watched on the edge of their seats, as the obvious perjury and coaching of the witnesses was overlooked in the stampede to crucify a man previously so celebrated.
Where were the voices now wailing about ‘wasted resources’ and the ‘rights’ of taxpayers when Tom Sneddon authorized the use of millions of dollars of Federal money to pursue Mr Jackson in his deeply personal and blinkered ‘takedown’ of the, then -’biggest pop star on the planet?’
Michael Jackson didn’t bankrupt the City of Angels, they fell all by themselves. For a country that can shine so bright when it wants to:- what America did to Michael Jackson stands as one of the most shameful examples of engineered cruelty and unmitigated persecution to be witnessed in modern times.
I couldnt agree with you more!
(
His life was a true depiction of how we as a society torture and strive to bring down the most gentle and beautiful souls
to Deborah Ffrench, TOUCHE’!!!!!
To Deborah Ffrench. Bravo! Excellent and realistic thinking. If others also used the brains that God gave them, this would be a better place but alas, we live in the world of Jerry Springer. Sad but true and those Jerry Springer people don’t have the mental capacity to understand intelligence. They only understand inbreeding.
Where is the media reports now that the CIA, FBI has shown its investigation and proved that this young man was innocent of the persecution delivered by the media? The media became judge and prosecutor and I feel is partially responsible for his death. Did they pay the doctor to overdose him so that their ratings could go up? Or was that his manager? Was he worth more dead than alive to people who felt that his income potential was now wanning? The truth will come to the Light.
Very well said..Deborah..I agree with you whole-heartedly
SO TRUE SUCH A DISGRACE HE WAS A GREAT PERSON JUST A LITTLE DIFFERENT
Absolutely. I agree with you whole heartedly.
I know I did a bad thing, but Deborah French is a known prostitute and IV drug user who was one of my patients up to about one year ago.I know she couldn’t have written that statement as she is also blind from gonoreah of the eyes and throat.
Mr. Conrad Murray I believe you have shown who exactly you are. Obviously, federal laws mean nothing to you when it comes to patient confidentiality. You are a sorry excuse for a physician.
I can’t help but notice that the die hard MJ supporters are also frequently bible thumping freaks. It makes sense. If you’re able to lie to yourself about something as important life, death and existence it’s certainly a short jump to lie to yourself about an insane, drug addicted, child molester. MJ was a genius in his youth and a freak thereafter. I feel bad for the man but it does not excuse his behavior. MJ was a drug addict and he over dosed with the help of his doctor. Yawn. Considering the state he was in when he died, Mr. Jackson’s death was a mercy killing. All you lost followers should look into scientology.
Deborah you deserve a standing ovation for this. I don’t even know what to add because you just said it all right here. Thank you!
he was the best i loved him i wish he could come back to me he was my everthing
“For a country that can shine so bright when it wants to: – what America did to Michael Jackson stands as one of the most shameful examples of engineered cruelty and unmitigated persecution to be witnessed in modern times.”
I WHOLEHEARTEDLY AGREE!
How sad that we discovered only AFTER his death that the initial accusation of child molestation was in fact a lie and an exhortation plot. The video of the Pepsi fire was finally released…and we now realize that ANYONE with that kind of extensive burn damage would have experienced skin discoloration. (Especially someone with brown skin) His repeated nose surgeries (after the fire) were most likely a direct result of the fire as well. (Nose cartilage is usually charred away with facial burns).
We had a King in our midst and we abused him. How sad that we only acknowledged him as a King in death.
I pray that he has finally found peace, love and respect in death.
We live in a society in the US that does not hold the media accountable. It is time for us to do so. I cannot tell you I know how, but we scream back speak out about the lies they perpertrated about Michael on their networks. It is dispicable and inexcusable. I do hope Michael finds peace in his new world..We all miss him so much..
I don’t believe Michael’s face was burned while filming the Pepsi commercial(although I could be wrong), it’s my understanding his scalp took the brunt of it. Unfortunately, in my opinion, Michael had an obsession with plastic surgery. He was loved & is missed by many.
This is the same thing the world did to Jesus. He was a “KING” too.
Deborah Ffrench, thank you for posting that. It is so well-written. It is so true and sad..I wish everyone on earth could just take their time and read that. With all prejudice aside, wether you believe the stuff those stupid tabloids have written about Michael or not, just read it. I wish it could be published everywhere. Because Michael Joseph Jackson’s name has been stained by those absurd and perverse allegations, and for some reason people believe those FALSE allegations. Michael was a good man, incredibly talented, caring, soft-spoken, loving and a true humanitarian. I wish everyone will remember him always for the wonderful person he was, all the good he has done, the millions of children he has helped and for all the amazing music he has brought to this world. His legacy will live on forever in our hearts.
Michael Jackson, we love you. We really do, from the bottom of our hearts. I hope where ever you are that you have found peace and happiness that you so deserve, after all the horrible things you have gone through on this earth.
I think he was guilty of molesting several little boys.
well, bob, how do you know? you say you “think” but offered up no proof. there are FAR too many people like you who pass judgment on others with blind eye, deaf ears, little intelligence, and a complete lack of conscience. obviously, you have never fallen victim to false accusations resulting in ridicule and harassment.
you remind me of all those junior high and high school kids who believed in and spread rumors, and participated in harassing others. shame on you, and grow up!
OOOHHHH BOB ! You say you THINK that Michael molested those kids. Have you EVER RESEARCHED any part of the allegations against Michael? Because if you would have you would NOT have to sit there and say I THINK. You would KNOW that it was all told acording to the way the media portrayed it to sell thier stories to put money in thier own pockets. It is a DISGRACE to judge someone about something like this and not even know the REAL facts of what you are talking about. If you don’t know nothing about it…except for what the media reported… then you should NOT be giving your oppinion and continuing to spread the FALSE accusations. You are as bad as the media. When you say you THINK Michael molested those boys and you don’t have NO PROOF in what you are saying….then in my oppinion you play a part in helping DESTROY Michael’s life. This all may sound harsh…but I’m just saying it the way I see it. The people who judged Michael without proof were/are harsh on him and he DON’T/DIDN’T deserve all that he got ! Michael was a kind and gentle person.
Bob ask youself this question. The children that were around Michael were sick and he wanted to make them happy. If you know anyone taking Kemo, I think i spelled it right. They cant have sex and evertime they go to the doctors they check they for bruises, which could be blood clots. What didn’t the doctors see that and if they drink they would be very sick and back in the hospital.
Well “bob”, where’s your proof? If the CIA, FBI and LAPD couldn’t find a shred of evidence against Michael, what makes you think he did those things? He was tried and found innocent. Let me spell that out for you, I-N-N-O-C-E-N-T
Have you even tried to get to know more about him? See his interviews? Home videos? Once you see all those things, there’s no doubt he’s one of the most extraordinary people on earth. Pure, innocent, caring..come on..He helped millions of children around the world, he loved children. And not in the perverse way you are implying. He would never hurt a child in such a disgusting and despicable way.
“bob” Where’s your proof? I think you should look at Ffrench you just may learn something. I am white female and I don’t think he touch those kids at all. It was just the papers wanting to make money off the King of Pop. Which by the way they did. So when you get the proof let me know. @Hottroddilley@aol.com you slimeball
If people could just see that we had an angel in our midst and the media could’t wait to bring him down to our level, You don’t know what you got til its gone. If only we could all learn to be like Michael, the world would be a much better place.
I am glad to hear the Dr Murray is to be indicted! He is responsible for the death of MJ. That is not to say that MJ would not have eventually OD’ed himself as it is obvious that he had a drug addiction as indicated by the many pseudonyms used for all the prescritions and the use of multiple doctors to get those prescriptions. MJ certainly had enough opportunities/reasons to become addicted and the doctors that should have been monitoring for it failed him. Dr Murray acted negligently in the use of propofol. What many people do not know is that propofol has to be given as a continous infusion to maintain the sedated effect and when stopped, patients wake up very quickly. Thus, it is the drug of choice for maintaining sedation. Propofol is used under very close monitoring, which was not being provided by Dr Murray as the equipment necessary to do so was not in MJ’s home and the fact that he left the bedside knowing the monitoring equipment was not in use…Dr Murray was the only equipment for monitoring available. Not to mention that the actions provided indicate that he didn’t know how to perform CPR appropriately…never is CPR done on a bed unless there is the ability to make the matress firm or place a board under the victim…compressions are ineffective without pressure from both sides of the body. He obviously panicked as he knew he was responsible and tried to cover his tracks. It is about time doctors are held responsible for irresponsible behavior in a public way. Maybe some good changes can come from this. As a healthcare professional, I certainly pray they do.
Deborah,
You have analyzed the entire ordeal eloquently. I wish there were a way to publish your post in every newspaper in the country.
Thank you!
hope the prosecutors fine who murdered the king of pop.he is surely missed.
He was a tortured soul, raised by a money hungry monster for a dad and a mother who looked the other way instead of protecting her children. Child molestor? No one knows but he, the children and God. He was many things but he was not a King. He was a human, imperfect and with obvious drug problems. Where was his family when he needed them to intervene and save his life? Since that was not a photo op or money making gig, they were not around. His doctor is stupid and blinded by celebrity limelight and will no doubt lose his license, but he is only the last to contribute to MJ’s death. MJ himself was the greatest contributor and his family should share the blame, just like they shared his fame and fortune.
Sandy, you guys are so hell bent on propoganda. The media blames joe jackson and michael ashamed of hsi own personal struggle with is image blames joes jackson. He could have walked away. The man was fifty for crying out. He could have tyaken charge of hsi own life. Wel lyo uthink joe should have left hi mi nthe drug ridden indiana to die from drug abuse anyway, just poorer? the amn did hsi boys a favor and only michael is complaining because eh does not want to take responsibility for hsi actions. If people raise thughs yo uguys got a problem with it, they raise geniuses, yo ugot a problem with it. Yo uahte Richard Williams, you blame earl woods for tiger wood indiscretion, waht do yo uguys really want from black people, really? But oen thing I manitain, michael jackson was no child molester, a moemny hungry opportunist used hsi love for children to accusehim. Now he killed himself. I am waiting for hsi son to commit suicide too
It is so sad that Dr. Murray should be the one to be indicted for the death of Michael. If any blame should be laid it should be laid against his father for the physical and metal abuse this man suffered all his life. I do not consider him to be a king of anything what I consider him to be a man who was just searching to belong in a world that was cruel and ready to be a judge of Character. I hope all the stories that was told by Michael throughout his life and through his music will serve as a lesson to everyone who try to make other people’s life miserable.
Lisa, I am amazed that you believe that Dr Murray did no wrong here. I agree that MJ had horrible things in his life and he dealt with them in his way, and one of those ways was to hire Dr. Murray. But, Dr. Murray administered a drug that he did not know how to use properly and caused MJ to die due to the lack of competency with the use of propofol, not to mention the additional benzodiazapenes given throughout MJ’s last sleep. This is all evidenced by the lack of proper monitoring equipment and airway management equipment that must be on hand when giving propofol. What is sad to me is that MJ had to die because of the incompetence of the Dr he trusted. I am sure that MJ would not have hired him if he had truly known that Dr Murray would not take all precaution with his life.
All the comments are about Michael, yet they all miss the point that the LAPD are indicting someone. Just because the Coroner lists the death as homicide, does not mean it was. The problem was Michael, abusing/using drugs AND his physician that enabled his behavior. As Brutus once said, the evil that men do lives after then, the good is oft entered with their bones. So let it be with Caesar. This, immediately after the assignation of Caesar. Lest all you commenters forget, Michael had issues, serious issues. Who’s to blame for his death?
Micahel liked using the drugs so he could molest children why he was high. Deborah French a blind prostitute from LA used to help inject MJ before he would have the kids brought in. This started 20 years ago, wake up losers MJ was a FREAK and God struck him down. He is now getting Butt F@*ked by Adolf Hitler.
Mr. Murry, to speak as you do is an insult to ALL physican’s across the globe. I can only hope that justice will be served in your case as you seem to be quite cocky with your comments about others. May the prosecution have their day in court where you are concerned. Jackson vs. Murray ….do you have enough money to buy your way out of prosecution? Keep talking, they need additional evidence!
One thing Jermaine has said repeatedly that is undoubtedly true is that Michael was a gift to the world and I feel very blessed to have been alive at the same time. At the same time, I am very ashamed and distressed that we in America are totally drenched in cruelty and evil so potent that good people are killed off like they’re nothing. Then we blame them for our evil. Isn’t this the attitude they had with Jesus? All this intelligence and technology and we didn’t we learn anything from the fall of Rome.
BTW, Michael was no junkie. When he had to take pain pills for that Pepsi burn incident, he became dependent on them and sadly, people wanting to get $ made anything possible if he asked for it instead of talking him into getting help. Being a perfectionist can make it possible to have an addictive personality. Amazingly, the only person this gentle soul ever hurt was himself.
Deborah Ffrench took the words right out of my mouth!
People like to build someone up and then tear them down, what ever happened to innocent before proven guilty? I wish in my heart of hearts that Michael could have felt the love, maybe he wouldn’t have been so sad or felt the need to escape with medication. My heart forever is broken because of his death and the fact that he died alone tops it off.
Michael Jackson lived a life that very few ..if anyone for that matter.. lived also. He had a unique upbringing, was in the public eye his entire life and no one should judge him as a person until they have walked a mile in his shoes..Everyone has the right to like or not like his artistry and music..but no one has the right o judge him clearly on the fact that he was different..he looked different, was a sensitive person, and who also by the way helped more children all around the world than any of us ever have or could..Because someone doesn’t mold into society like a cookie from a cookie cutter doesn’t make him a criminal or “bad” seed..There was never any evidence of molestation from any source in the justice system that could have convicted Michael Jackson. However, to me there is more than enough evidence to convict dr. murray..and the trial if there is one will tell the truth. Leave Michael jackson alone..He has paid the ultimate price for all of the judgement put upon him.
I’m very touched by some of the comments made about Michael because for me he was it! a precious soul taken to soon. I pray for his kids and they will never have to deal with what their father did. Michael you are so missed.
Deborah Ffrench very well put. It just amazing how the news media of today is more a soap opera than something that truly reports facts. What they did to Michael and others is shamefull.
Propofol is ONLY supposed to be used in a medical setting, such as a hospital, not a patients house. This alone spells trouble for Murray. The amount of the drug given to Michael is only a fraction of the problem in this case. I’m sure the prosecution will have testimoney from a highly reputable anesthesiologist regarding the use of Propofol. No matter how you look at it, Murray is going down. To those of you who think that MJ is still a child molester, the boy who accused MJ of molesting him stated that he lied about the incident. A fan wrote to him and requested that he tell the truth now that Michael is gone and to clear his name, this prompted the apology and admittance of guilt and wrongdoing from the accuser.
there is a lot that we know and more that we do not about michael but we do know this he was using a drug at his house that was not to be used outside of a surgical/trauma setting.he did it repeatedly and in doing so continually put himself in harms way and he hd children at best this is selfish at worst criminal
I am so saddened to see a legend leave so early, and we are not able to thrill us with a level of Micheal Jackson that we have never seen before, but what we all have to remember is that as legendary and loved as Michael was, he was also an addict. His addiction to prescription meds and dangerous demands to treat his insomnia are but a small part of a very complex situation. I feel that there were more people involved in Micheal’s ability to engage such dangerous behavior and for that reason Dr. Murray should not be the only person charged. And since there are no other indictments the one against Murray should also be dismissed. Dr. Murray was unwise, perhaps greedy, and certainly not a good business man but none of those things make him a murderer. I can quarantee that Dr. Murray will give more thought about what he is doing and count the cost of his decisions instead of dollar signs.
First and foremost – Michael should NEVER EVER be compared to JESUS!!!!! He was an idol to many but so are Barney the purple Dinasaur or many men on death row – it just means each person CAN MAKE THEIR OWN CHOICE and that is what Michael Jackson DID and for those choices he died! NO ONE FORCED him to use Propofol an extremely powerful drug that REQUIRED a Dr to administer it as his “sleeping pill”.
You can blame him bad childhood or you can blame the media issues but the bottom line is we are ALL responsible for OUR OWN ACTIONS. SANDY was right ONLY MJ, GOD and the CHILDREN KNOW the TRUTH and ANYONE ELSE is FULL OF IT to say anything else!
We have thousands of MEN & WOMEN coming & going to & from a horrible WAR everyday in this country (whether you agree with the war itself or not DOES NOT MATTER) many of those SOLDIERS have NO CHOICE about leaving their families and going over their to DIE, become DISFIGURED, or EMOTIONALLY SCARRED in ways most of us could NEVER EVEN IMAGINE but they come back and DEAL WITH IT! They do not come back and BLAME OTHERS or the MEDIA and then get some million dollar DR to tuck them in each night with a drug cocktail that is intended to be used to put people under before SURGERY!
SO all of you CRYBABIES need to grow up and get over this NONSENSE! There are so many people in this world WITH REAL PROBLEMS!
MICHAEL DIED BECAUSE HE MADE REALLY BAD CHOICES! He had enough money to hire a Dr to do things normal people never would and for that HE PAID WITH HIS LIFE! TOO BAD HIS MONEY COULD NOT BUY HIM ANY COMMON SENSE!! If you could BUY COMMON SENSE he might still be here and you babies might have a life instead of sitting here crying over this NONSENSE!
Ms Emily GET REAL that POST IS NOT FROM THE REAL DR MURRAY some just used that as a screen name!!!!!
Since you believe that though I have a HUGE ESTATE I’ll sell you on a PRIVATE ISLAND in the CARRIBEAN!
Btw…I am no bible thumper nor am I a ‘fan.’
What I am, is an independent free-thinking person who recognizes gross injustice and extortion when I see it.
….oh and ‘Dr Conrad Murray’ I’m fairly sure we haven’t met and seriously doubt we ever will.
