Reality TV star Heidi Montag has insisted that she is not addicted to plastic surgery after showing off the dramatic results of her 10 latest procedures.

The Hills star said: “If I was addicted I would have had 10 surgeries” – seemingly forgetting she has had MORE than 10.

Montag was going before cameras on US TV’s Good Morning America for the first time since she totally transformed herself with 10 different procedures in just 10 hours.

And the 23-year-old admitted that she had in fact previously had surgery three years before.

Immediately reminded that she had just had 10 surgeries, Montag looked embarrassed as she said: “Well, I mean 10 times … I really had two different surgeries”, she said, “as the recent procedures were all in one day.

“If you’re addicted to something, you have to do it all the time, not once every couple of years.”

Heidi insists she is thrilled with the results – and laughed at the suggestion she now looks like Barbie.

“But no, I think I just look like a different, improved version of myself,” she said.

Montag’s surgeon, Dr Frank Ryan, appeared with her on TV and also defended doing the work, insisting it is common in Hollywood.
