A California couple recently purchased Michael Jackson’s 15,000-square-foot rental house located in Las Vegas, Nevada. This couple, consisting of a doctor and a lawyer, purchased the house for $3.1 Million in cash, making this the largest sale of Las Vegas property this year. With seven bedrooms, two office suites, a 20-seat movie theatre, an elevator, a dry-sauna, a dance floor, and basketball courts, it is no wonder the mansion was the largest sale of the year. Though the couple already own property in both Asia and California, they were tempted to buy residential property near the entertainment capital of the world, Las Vegas, Nevada.
The real estate broker faced significant obstacles selling the house though; many fans of the late Michael Jackson posed as possible buyers to get a better look inside, and with so many imposters, the broker was fortunate to find a couple willing to actually purchase the home. Michael Jackson, though he did not own it, rented and lived in the mansion for approximately six months over 2006 and 2007 after he returned from his overseas self-seclusion. Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 of a drug overdose, and since then fans have flocked to purchase memorabilia of the King of Pop.

No wonder this couple never the press/media to mention their names. It would only be people of that nature(doctor and lawyer) that could afford to buy Michael Jacksons’ home.
Then again, I wouldn’t want to live in a house that large or big, ’cause I wouldn’t want to be the one to have to clean all of those rooms.
