Almost a year-and-a-half ago Matthew McConaughey had quite possibly the cutest child ever. Levi McConaughey was an instant paparazzi hit, and McConaughey had content with large groups of photographers who wanted to get the perfect shot of the newborn. Now, 18 months later, McConaughey and his wife have just given birth to their second child, and she is precious.

Vida McConaughey was born on January 3, 2010, and the press has been waiting patiently for that first picture to be released. This morning, he posted a picture of he and Camila with the newborn in the hospital bed. He also reported that both mother and child are recovering comfortably and that he is so excited to welcome this “little gal” into the family.

No doubt that the press will have a field day again with this beautiful baby. McConaughey, who loves spending time outdoors with Levi, will now have a gorgeous little girl to tote along with him.

As the McConaughey clan grows, many people wonder how many children they are planning on having. There is no doubt that they’ve found the right recipe for cute! The McConaughey family hopes to be back in their home by the end of the week.
