Dad to sue over MJ’s death?
Michael Jackson’s father Joseph Jackson may be planning to file a civil lawsuit against the doctor who last treated Michael Jackson. The lawsuit might be the least of Dr. Conrad Murray’s troubles due to the criminal penalties and other fines he may be facing. Joe has already filed a lawsuit against Michael Jackson’s estate in order to have his son’s medical records turned over. He may plan to file another lawsuit against the estate itself in order to challenge things that he also considers to be wrong with the process. Joseph Jackson also feels that Michael’s estate does owe him more funds.
Joe may be using the medical records issue in order to draw attention to some of the things Conrad Murray did as a physician or to get some unanswered questions surrounding his son’s death that we may be unaware of. Dr. Conrad Murray still claims he is completely innocent of all charges surrounding Michael Jackson’s death. Some members of the Jackson family feel differently. Joe Jackson reportedly wants to find some incriminating evidence surrounding Dr. Conrad Murray to use in court. Murray and his lawyers claim although he may not have done everything perfectly the day Michael Jackson died, he was not negligent.

How this man can claim he’s OWED anything from MJ is amazing. Even if, as he claims, he and MJ had reconciled in recent years that does not give him the right to lay claim to anything MJ earned. MJ made very clear who he wanted to get what in his will. As for any wrongful death lawsuit, MJ’s children suffered the deepest loss.
It’s high time Joe stopped living of his children and any success they may have. If he needs more money to live on let him do it the old fashioned way and GET A JOB.
