Final Season Of “Lost” Begins Tonight

Lost has been a unique and intriguing source of entertainment for many since its debut in 2004. The story of plane crash survivors on a remote island would have been adventurous enough. Add mysterious creatures, scientific experiments and multiple conspiracies and the plot thickens. Heroes who become villains and villains who become heroes. Main characters who die, but come back. At the same time weaving detailed backgrounds of the survivor’s lives into the story.

12,000 lucky persons were invited to attend a special season premiere in Hawaii. One soul videotaped the
episode and submitted it to You Tube. Most fans refused to view it agreeing that the television broadcast would be of better quality and worth waiting for. President Obama rescheduled his presidential address as his speech would have aired at the same time as the season premiere.

The sixth and final season of ABC’s Lost will hopefully provide answers to some series long questions. Or will it just create more questions? Last season ended with the detonation of a nuclear bomb in hopes that the interrupted time space continuum would be rectified and all would be as if it never happened. The Oceanic flight would never have crashed and all would make it to their original destination. But that can’t happen or there wouldn’t be a need for a sixth season.
