Come this March along side Valerie Bertinelli Kate Gosselin will be coming back to be a guest host on “The View”. “The View” which originally stars Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, Sherri Shepherd, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Barbara Walters has become increasingly popular over the past few years and famous for the highly debated political views on the show.
Kate Gosselin was a guest host on “The View” back in September of last year and has since been on many times to as a guest. Kate Gosselin is scheduled to go live March 11, 2010.
Other new celebrities that are scheduled to be upcoming guests on “The View” include fashionista and former Spice Girl Victoria Beckham who will co-host for her first time as well as Twilight’s Robert Pattinson who will be coming on “The View” for the first time March 2nd.
Many are curious as to what Kate Gosselin will be saying on “The View”, particularly in regards to her ex-husband Jon Gosselin who is the subject of a lawsuit with TLC the channel who aired the show “John and Kate Plus 8″. Many may assume that in addition to answering questions about her ever changing hairstyle that Kate will have some interesting things to say about her ex.

I think it’s sad. She used her children to become famous and ruined their hopes of a normal childhood. Then she ruins her marriage on TV for all to see. Now she plays this ‘poor pittiful me’ routine. YUCK! I don’t understand how she can to that to children she says she loves.

I totally agree. Living in the neighboring county as her, the only plus of her working is that at least she is not on the state’s welfare payroll which otherwise would be her only option. Why God let’s these people keep reproducing is beyond me.

I whole heartedly agree with Sandyangel. I quit watching when Elizabeth came on and Kate just doesn’t know when to quit. The View must be hard up for guest hosts.
While I am no fan of Elizabeth and never watched the Jon & Kate show, I find your comment to be very demeaning to women in general. Many women work that have kids and I imagine Elizabeth’s schedule is not too bad. Kate was working with her kids until Jon stopped that. I wonder how he plans on supporting his children now that he got their show canceled? In the meantime, she probably needs to do things to make money.

Ingrid, Are you not aware that Kate is a registered nurse? So even when her 15 minutes of fame are over, I don’t think you have to worry about her being on your “welfare payroll” as you refer to it. And unless someone else is being asked to pay for it, I say the number of children someone has is their own business & no one else’s.
Kate and Elizabeth are hard working mothers who are just trying to provide for their childern,and make other mom’s feel like they can make a differnce in their lives as well I love the show.

What is wrong with Kate being on the View or any other show? Is she supposed to crawl in a hole and go on public aid just because she found out her husband is worthless? I have to laugh at the obviously envious women who post negative comments about Kate Gosselin. Not only is she bright, talented, and competent, she is also very attractive. Everyone of her detractors would jump at the opportunities which came her way. I enjoy her and wish her well…don’t be suprised if she chooses to limit anything she might say about her ex. She is mindful of the fact that she has eight children to protect. She was hoping for one more child, not eight, but her moral ethics would not permit her to reduce the number of embryos once they implanted…I bet those of you who criticize her for having the children would also be the first to throw stones if she had allowed doctors to remove some of the embryos (translation:abortion of some of the babies). Get a grip…the woman is working hard to find a way to support those children and plan for their future…more power to her…Jon is certainly not going to step up to the plate.
Kate did a fabulous job with her kids and on national TV too. Name a family of 10 people, especially when the kids were little, who could organize, keep her house clean,the kids clean, go places and not have people wish they would go back home. She is doing what she has to to support her kids. Even as a Registered Nurse you can’t support your 8 kids on that money, much less a min. wage job. Plus the kids would be raised by strangers. When you work full time most of your home time is spent sleeping, or working at home after the kids are in bed. Her family estrangments are her business. I don’t hear her family talking about her good or bad. Must be something there. I think she is doing the best she can. Her life just got a lot harder than any of ours. (at least mine). These remarks made on a computer let people say whatever idot thing comes to their small minds.

That show stinks, Kate Gosselin fits right in. Any person with half of a brain and a life would not waste their time listening to and watching that bantering between those women. The guests can’t even get a word in edgewise between the ongoing cacophony of the hosts. It’s absolutely annoying and ridiculous. I can’t believe Barbara Walters even associates with those people, she is far to talented and respected to be on that show.

I think kate’s show was fine and I dont think the children were ruined by the show. Just like the show 19 and counting the kids are interviewed all the time and they do not act as if their lives are ruined. I really think alot of the viewers are jealous. Just leave Kate alone and let her earn money. If you dont like it turn the channel.

I find it amusing when people that claim to dislike her find the time to critize her, if you don’t care for Kate then remove yourself from the situation and SHUT UP! yes they both should work and being on tv is work. if somebody came up to you people and offered you thousands an episode you would do it because it might be more money then you are making now and you want to pay bills….get off your high horse. while i dont want to be on tv if i was offered i would do it because i have kids to put through college and bills to pay also.
