There are rumors Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is moving on from her breakup with Jake Gyllenhaal and dating again. The 33 year-old was spotted having an intimate dinner with agent Jim Toth last week at Locanda Portofino, an Italian restaurant in Santa Monica. Diners who were there to witness the date reported that the pair was very flirtatious with each other. The meal lasted about two hours and ended at 11 p.m., with Toth paying for the meal. When parting ways at the end of the evening, Witherspoon was seen giving Toth a hug and a kiss on the cheek. She appeared to be in a happy and upbeat mood through the entire dinner.

Witherspoon was previously married to actor Ryan Phillipe. Phillipe and Witherspoon have two children, Ava, 10, and Deacon, 6. Following the divorce, Witherspoon had a long term relationship with actor Jake Gyllenhaal that recently ended last December.
