Florida Gator Legend Tim Tebow, former quarterback and Heisman Trophy winner has been romantically linked to Janell Wheeler one of the finalists on this seasons American Idol. The 24 year old Wheeler has impressed the judges with her most recent audition performance of American Boy in front of 27.7 million viewers. She not only sang the song but played the guitar as well.

Janell Wheeler is a sales representative from Tampa, Florida. She won Orlando’s Got Talent competition.The Sunshine Cowgirl is how Wheeler describes herself. Her first performance was in second grade while performing a song she had written herself called I See the World. The performance was at a Catholic church. She performed the National Anthem earlier in the season for a Tampa Bay Buccaneers football game.

Although Tebow and Wheeler have been romantically linked, The Orlando Sentinel has reported that when asked about a romantic relationship Tebow said “No, that is not my girlfriend.” and did not elaborate on that answer. Even though speculation has been created by pictures of the two together that are floating around in various places. Romantically linked or not the pictures do show they know each other in a very comfortable and friendly manner.
