Fresh off numerous plastic surgeries, Heidi Montag appears anxious to show off her new assets. The former ‘Hills’ star and wife of Spencer Pratt, recently made gossip headlines with her admission that she is addicted to plastic surgery. The buzz was fueled by the fact that at one live interview Montag could barely move her mouth, and appeared unable to show any real emotion thanks to the tension created to remove wrinkles in her face.

Now Montag wants to make new headlines with what has been billed as a racy appearance on the cover of Playboy magazine. The appearance would actually be the second for the wanna-be actress and singer who’s first time out was billed as conservative. According to sources close to Heidi the magazine is looking to pay her seven figures, but only if she’s finally willing to pose topless. Doing a shoot that shows off her assets on top was out of the question for the allegedly devout Christian the first time around, but the same source says that Montag needs a big payday, and doing a more risqué shoot would bring in the big bucks to pay the bills.

Montag is currently negotiating with the Magazine and one of their top photographers in order to get the best deal for all parties involved.
