Opportunity is knocking. If you want to see Heidi Montag’s latest breast implants up close and personal, soon you’ll have your chance.

The 23 year old “Hills” star first appeared in Playboy Magazine in September 2009 – but she kept some clothes on.

Not so in her newest Playboy shoot, according to the blonde starlet. “I cannot wait to show off my new assets,” she told reporters. “I’m very excited.” And hopes you will be too.

Recording her debut album, aptly dubbed “Superficial,” left Montag and husband Spencer Pratt flat broke. Montag’s rumored $500,00 paycheck from Playboy should pay off any residual finance charges on the customized double-D’s, nose job, eyebrow lift, liposuction, buttock augmentation, chin reduction, Botox injections and ear pinning the actress debuted on the January 13 cover of People Magazine. There may even be something left over toward another round of plastic surgeries should Montag decide to go that route.

Still, the “Hills” star tells RadarOnline, it’s not what you see in the mirror that counts. “It’s who you are on the inside that really matters. This is just the shell at the end of the day.”
