Famous US based rock band Aerosmith has announced future plans for a new and upcoming European tour. The announcement also stated that front man and lead singer Steven Tyler will continue to lead the group on their next venture. This news is sure to please Aerosmith fans across the world as Tyler’s future with the band has remained uncertain for the past few months.
Last August, Steven Tyler fell off of a stage which encouraged him to enter rehab in December. Tyler was originally due to be replaced, but the band has opted to continue with Tyler as the lead singer. Tyler jokingly announced that he auditioned and got the gig.
While Tyler was in rehab and recovering from his painkiller addiction, guitarist Joe Perry announced that the bad would hold auditions to replace Tyler.
It now appears that the band has reconciled and their tour will begin in June. Drummer Joy Kramer has stated that all band members have one thing in common which is that they all want to get up on stage and perform and bring joy to their fans.
Having formed and started playing in the 1970’s, this is the fifth decade that the band will play in.
