Social Workers Called To Jackson Home After Stun Gun Found

The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services went to the home of Michael Jackson’s children Monday night following reports that Jermaine Jackson’s 13 year-old son, Jaafar purchased a stun gun online.

Social workers visited the home at 10:30 at night and reportedly confiscated the stun gun. Social workers interviewed members of the Jackson family, including Jermaine and the children’s grandmother, Katherine. They are all living in the same Encino mansion together. There is no information on whether Michael Jackson’s children, Paris, Blanket, and Prince Michael were interviewed by social workers.

According to the family’s lawyer, Adam Streisand, the late singer’s children were never exposed to the weapon. However there are conflicting reports that a security guard for the family prevented Jaafar from attempting to use the stun gun on Blanket, the youngest Jackson child.

The weapon was ordered online by Jaafar and, according to initial statements from the family, the gun was confiscated at the gate of the home by security at the time the weapon was delivered. Later, Streisand admitted the gun did make it into the home, with Jaafar testing the weapon on a piece of paper. He denies that Jaafar tried to use it on Blanket.
