Former Alaska Governor and former vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is talking with reality show producer Mark Burnett about the possibility of doing a reality show. The plot might involve her family and their life in Alaska although the basic theme has not yet been determined.

Burnett, who needs no introduction with his strong background with shows including ‘Survivor,’ ‘The Apprentice,’ ‘Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader,’ to name a few has meet with Palin during her stay in Los Angeles. Another possible show topic seems to involve a docudrama about Alaska. It appears that Palin and her family would all be involved in the show in one way or another.

During her stay in Los Angeles Palin and Burnett have met with NBC, ABC, and Fox. This was all in conjunction with her appearance on ‘The Tonight Show With Jay Leno.’ The networks are all aware of the ability Palin has to draw a crowd. For example, her appearance on the ‘Tonight Show’ helped Leno to beat David Letterman during his first week back in that time slot. The show brought in 5.8 million viewers. Palin also lifted Oprah Winfrey’s ratings along with other shows where she has appeared on Fox.
