Tiger Woods’ caddie has his feathers ruffled over allegations that he was an accomplice to Wood’s numerous affairs.

Though Steve Williams has caddied for Woods for almost eleven years, his relationship with the golfer is not reserved just for the golf course; they have been friends for years off the course as well. Because of the close relationship, it was assumed that he knew of all the romps that took place between Woods and his many mistresses behind closed doors. Some even went so far as to say that he helped to cover for the pro-golfer. Not only are these allegations untrue, they infuriate Williams.

Williams would like to clear the air and put a stop to these assumptions stating he knew nothing and that he does not have to clarify his answer. He went on to say that he is mad a Woods as he is not only close with Woods, his is close to his wife, Elin, and their two children.

Wiliams continued saying that he will continue to stand by Woods and support him through this very tough time stating, “When you’re a true friend of somebody, that’s when somebody needs your support and need you the most.”
