It appears that actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi are once again in trouble with the law. The married couple are wanted by authorities in the Santa Barbara, CA area for allegedly failing to show up for a required court hearing on Monday. The court appearance was to further discuss a previous incident in which Quaid and his wife allegedly skipped out on a $10,000 bill at a hotel.

The hotel, which was the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, claims that the couple left the hotel with an invalid credit card. This is not the first time that Quaid and his wife have been negligent about facing this charge. In September the couple was arrested for not showing up for the initial arraignment regarding this charge.

While they have not showed up to two of the court appearances, they did show up to one in December. At that appearance the couple claimed that the charge was valid and they even brought the credit card that they used at the ranch.

Randy Quaid is the younger brother of actor Dennis Quaid. Randy Quaid has made successful appearances is in various hit films including Independence Day and the National Lampoon’s Vacation.
