Many are wondering why so drastic a change? Maybe, Hayden wants a more grownup look instead of the young glamorous look she rocked previously.

Hayden let the world get a glimpse at her new do this Thursday at the Global Home Tree Earth Day Event. Not everyone can wear a really short do.

Hayden is obviously one young woman who looks good in the severe short cut. Recently, she told Us Magazine that she decided to cut her long blond locks because “You get stuck in one thing and known for one thing. It’s fun to change things’ up.” Well, the Heroes’ starlet is certainly receiving a lot of attention because of her new do.

And fans of Hayden Panettiere are already aware that this is not her first dramatic hair change. According to US Magazine the young actress dyed her long blond locks a deep sultry red back in January.
