In a recent radio interview, Miley Cyrus stated that she will not attend college and put her singing career on hold. In an interview with radio station Q100, Cyrus said that she believed that she could attend college anytime she wanted. ‘I believe that you can go back to college at any age that you want. My grandma went back to school at age 62′ the pop singer said.
In the interview, Cyrus stated that if she were to go to college she would have attended Middle Tennesee State University, the same school that her sister had attended. She added ‘MTSU is where my sister went to school and it would make sense for me to go there because alot of my friends go there. Right now I am going to stick with my singing career and not go to college’.
This is a complete turnaround from her Hannah Montana days when she had promised her father that she would be attending college. One source says that the main reason that Miley is ditching the college route is because financial advisors have told her that it is possible that she could be worth billions by the age of 20. We can wait and see.
