Makosi Told To Leave Britain
Controversial reality television star, Makosi Musambasi, was turned back by border agents in the United Kingdom at Heathrow Airport, in London.
It is reported that she arrived from Nigeria and was attempting to use a passport that belonged to someone related to her.
Musambasi was also carrying cash that amounted to 12,000 pounds.
The cash was confiscated and she returned to Lagos. There is an ongoing investigation.
Makosi had her claim to fame when she appeared on the sixth season of Big Brother and returned for the Ultimate Big Brother.
Musambasi caused quite a stir when she supposedly had physical relations with another male contestant on the show, in the compound’s hot tub.

They did not “steal” the money. They confiscated it. Of course if she as a fake passport and is carrying THAT amount of money in cash, there will be suspicions. She shouldn’t have been trying to use a fake passport.

Best to clarify facts and report them straight.
First Makosi is not a Nigerian name so I’m inclined to agree with the comment that she is NOT Nigerian. That she was travelling in from Nigeria does not mean she is. Author please be sure and confirm that she was indeed coming from Nigeria.
Second, whether Nigeria or not, she should be respectful of the laws and notattempt to enter the country without valid papers – that was wrong.
Thirdly, it is also against the law to enter or leave the UK with money (in any currency) that is equivalent to more than £10,000. Another law she broke.
However, obviously a struggling young woman, I’d like to believe her money would be returned to her, otherwise like the last commentator said, that would be stealing.
Finally using this to further the debate about immigration is just tired! More disadvantaged people come into this country for a better life, not for the sun and a swimming pool which is the reason a larger percentage of UK citizens migrate to other countries. Why is the concept of sharing so alien or tough to grasp!
Nobody here (article or commenter) has said she is Nigerian- I don’t know why the person called Jag felt the need to post that comment. I know the press is notorious for making mistakes with black people but I don’t know why people you and the Jag person assumed that just because the article says she was travelling from Nigeria, they think she’s Nigerian! Has this madkuza carring a Nigerian Passport, Then the Nigerian AUthorities should arrest her and address that part of the problem. That kind of clivage is not nija thing. What will an African girl that has £12000 cash looking for in the uk. This Kind of dosh will set up up for life in Nija. God Have mercy.

Apply what little intelligence you seem to have to the situation – being turned away from the border and having her money confiscated has nothing to do with the colour of her skin.
