Actress Lindsay Lohan can’t seem to stay away from lawsuits. Lohan, who starred in Mean Girls, reportedly owes a Las Vegas tanning salon around $40,000 for tanning services over a period of three years that began in 2007.
Lohan had a credit at Tanning Vegas, the salon that is suing her. A Nevada judge had ordered Lohan to pay the tanning salon but she made no attempt in a span of nine months. Now, the salon is suing Lohan in the state of California. Tanning Vegas, has a good chance of winning the judgment. If they do, Lohan faces wage garnishment, as well as belongings being taken to pay her debt.
Recently, Lohan completed court ordered community service. She made an appearance on Saturday Night Live, in which her dad says she may have been under the influence of pills. Mot recently, Lohan landed the role of Elizabeth Taylor.
