‘The Voice’ Star Frenchie Davis A Lesbian

Frenchie Davis finally comes out of the closet
Singing competition guru Frenchie Davis has finally decided to come out of the closet and reveal that she is having a relationship with a woman. The confession came as a surprise to many of her devoted fans from around the globe.

She tells Missouri newspaper the St. Louis Post Dispatch, “I wasn’t out (as a gay woman) before the relationship, but I wasn’t in. I dated men and women, though lesbians weren’t feeling the bisexual thing. Now I’m in love with a woman I think I can be with forever.”

Davis is famous for her touring performances of “Dreamgirls” and for her part in the Broadway musical “Rent,” and who has also competed on both “American Idol” and “the voice.”

She claims that she supports every part of the gay community and wants to perform at the renowned Chicago Pride Fest.

“I make my rounds,” says Davis.” “The gay community is my most loyal fan base. Whenever an opportunity presents itself, I jump at it.”

She adds, “I love the gay boys. They have that awesome, masculine energy, but there’s also something else going on as well.”

The singer is also working on a new musical album that she states is going to make people want to dance.
