Courtney Stodden, the 17 year old aspiring actress who married 52 year old actor Doug Hutchison, is going to appear on a reality television show with her husband. The show is VH1′s “Couple Therapy,” a couples counseling show.

There is sure to be no lack of issues to work on with these two, starting with the massive age difference between them and including the effect their time in the spotlight has had on their new marriage.

Stodden tweeted to her followers that she would be gone for a few weeks to tape a reality show. The couple had previously declined an invitation to appear on VH1′s “Relationship Rehab,” stating that they did not have the relationship issues to warrant going on the show.

“FYI Stoddenista’s: Will be m.i.a for about 3 weeks – packing up & heading out to shoot a reality show! Love you all *** God Bless, Courtney,” Stodden Tweeted on July 30.

This foray into the reality show business will include 4 weeks of intense couples therapy, and will be a good look into this odd couple’s personal life for viewers.
