Oh those Kardashian’s have a nack for drumming up attention – good or bad.
Kim Kardashian has spoken out to defend her half sister Kylie Jenner’s decision to have lip fillers.
According to Kim, Kylie has been unhappy with her appearance since she was 10 years old.
The ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ star has spoken out in defence of her half-sister following the 17-year-old beauty’s confession earlier this month that she has had lip fillers.
Kim said: “I saw how for so many years she was so insecure about it. I mean, at 10 years old, she would say to me, ‘How come my lips aren’t big like you guys’?’ And I would see this insecurity…
“For me, I gave her advice and I still stand by that advice. I think it changed her confidence so much.”
The 34-year-old beauty – who has 23-month-old daughter North with husband Kanye West – insists that despite undergoing the cosmetic procedure, Kylie has no plans to have any more surgery.
She told Access Hollywood: “I think there are limits and there are boundaries, for sure. I think that you have to know the difference. She did something that made her feel better about herself and that’s kind of where you have to draw the line, and she knows that … she doesn’t have a desire to do anything else.
Meanwhile Kim Kardashian’s own critics are getting an official response from the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star. While many consider her to be about as busy as ejection seat on a helicopter, she challenges her haters to work as hard as she does.
As the Inquistr points out, the famous for being famous celebrity has accomplished a few things:
Aside from starring in the super popular reality TV series, Kim has also published a book, helped create a mobile game, and become a mother to North West. In a previous report by The Inquisitr, Kim may be already pregnant with a second baby. She also maintains deals across the fashion world.
Speaking to Access Hollywood, Kim said she has simply just gotten use to the hateers.
Kim has done all of this in the middle of a firestorm of negativity, which she says she’s simply gotten used to, in a recent interview with Access Hollywood.
“I get more fed up with questions, like, I was traveling recently and I was doing a press day and people were like, ‘How do you feel when people say what do you do?’ And I’m like, ‘I’m here working aren’t I? Like, I’m here to promote something. I said, ‘Hey why don’t you do this: Tell someone else that you think can do it. Tell them to do everything that I’ve done in my career and see if they end up exactly where I’m at. Try it. Just try it. I dare you to try it.”
Though she doesn’t normally respond to trolls, she is surprised at how far they go.
“I don’t really spend the time to [block critics]. I find it so weird that people follow you just to be negative.”
And don’t worry KUWTK isn’t going away anytime soon.
“Every time we’re like, ‘OK our contracts are up … we’re not exciting, there’s nothing to share,’ and then there are things where we feel like there has got to be other people going through what we’re going through and why don’t we just continue doing it while we’re having fun. It’s still fun.”
