Lady Gaga, who has been one of the best selling music performers in the world for the past few years, is reportedly being sued by her former producer and songwriter. Rob Fusari, who is Lady Gaga’s former producer and songwriter, is suing the music star for $30.5 million in royalties. Fusari was credited on a number of different songs on Lady Gaga’s first album “The Fame.”

While Fusari wrote several songs for Lady Gaga, he also claims that he was instrumental in other areas of her career. Fusari stated that played an integral role in getting her a record contract with Interscope records. He also claims that after he saw her perform years ago that he helped her radically transform her approach to her music career. Fusari further claimed that he suggested that the performer adopt her present stage name.

Fusari has also stated that he and the performer were romantically involved, but when their personal relationship fell apart, their business relationship fell apart as well. Because the of the personal and professional break up, Fusari claims that he was denied a 20% share of Lady Gaga’s royalties. While Fusari admits that he has been paid over $600k by Lady Gaga, it is the full share that he is after.

What will the new Health bill cost the American tax payer? The newest Health care reform that was introduced by President Obama and the democrats will cost 940 billion dollars with the majority of it being paid by an increase in the tax on Medicare that is currently .09%. This tax will increase to 2.3% on individuals with incomes of $200,000 and for married couples who file jointly with an income of $250,000. Included in the Health Care bill is a refund to all seniors of $250 to help cover their prescription costs.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that this legislation will make history and we will make progress by passing this bill into law. Starting in 2014, most Americans would be required to purchase some form of health care insurance. With the passage of this new bill, the United States government will help families that make under $88,000 annually, pay for the cost of this new health insurance.

Also in this land mark legislation is wording that would place fines on large companies that didn’t offer good-quality health insurance. Republicans don’t like the measure as it increases taxes on the wealthy. Republicans and Democrats will vote on this historic Health Care Bill this Sunday, March 21st.

Ivanka Trump, business woman and daughter of Donald Trump, has experienced many disturbances over the last few days while being stalked. She is now able to rest easier knowing that the obsessed fan, Justin Massler, has been charged under a New York warrant for stalking her in Reno, Nevada. He is now being held without bond at the Reno jail.

Justin has created the Ivanka Trump Fan Blog website where he describes her as ‘awe inspiring’ and is like nothing else in the Universe. He has declared himself on his blog as a celebrity stalker who is obsessed with Ivanka Trump. Justin changed his name legally four years ago to Cloud Stormchaser and blogs about wanting to see the co-host of Celebrity Apprentice believing the two of them would get along well and become best friends.

Justin Massler has been living on the East Coast the last few weeks while visiting his mother in Reno. His mother states that he is sick with a mental illness, but has never harmed anyone or done anything more than put articles on the web. He has never come close to Ivanka and is like a child with a crush on a movie star.

Governor Mark Sanford of South Carolina, though not admitting guilt, has agreed to pay $74,000 for campaign spending and travel violations of state ethic laws. He was charged with 37 ethics violations relating to travel, using taxpayer money for commercial and state aircraft. This comes to $2,000 per charge.

This is all related to his fling with an Argentine woman, which caused his marriage to end up in divorce. The divorce was finalized Thursday between the Governor and his wife Jenny. She had been separated since the news broke about the Governor’s Argentine “soul mate.”

Last summer the Governor went missing and the whole crazy affair began to break in the news. The Governor was sneaking off to see an Argentine woman he had met by corresponding online. Some embarrassing information leaked about his “soul mate” affair, as he referred to her in emails. It was funny how the Governor disappeared and then made up an odd story about being in the woods.

The Governor was known for doing odd things even before the incident. He used to dig holes on his property to relieve tension. A child fell into one of these holes and the Governor had to make restitution to the child’s family.

Just days after reports flooded gossip blogs over his infidelity, Jesse James made a public apology to his wife, Sandra Bullock. In the statement that James released on Thursday, he said that he is extremely sorry of the immense pain and suffering that he caused both his wife and their four children. The apology stems from an admission by James’ mistress that the two had an affair while Bullock was off filming her movie, “The Blind Side.”

The mistress, who is identified as Michelle McGee, is a tattoo model and stripper. McGee stated that the two had an 11-month affair. While James did apologize for causing his family pain, he never did fully admit to the affair. As of today, James is still denying the allegations saying that they are unfounded and untrue.

The news of the affair comes just a couple weeks after Bullock received an Oscar from the Academy Awards for her performance in “The Blind Side.” Bullock was scheduled to head to London for the premiere of “The Blind Side,” but she has cancelled the trip citing unforeseen personal reasons.

While the status of their marriage is presently unknown, Bullock has reportedly moved out of the home she shares with James.

Holocaust survivor Berthe Meijer has written a book detailing her life after the passing of the infamous Anne Frank. Meijer claims to have been in the same concentration camp with the Frank a few weeks before her death, and ultimately the end of her diary. Meijer was just six years old at the time.

Frank’s story has been read by millions of people around the world since it was first published. Her story abruptly ends three days before her family was captured by the Nazi’s and taken to Bergen Belsen. She ended up dying in the camp from a typhoid epidemic at 15 years of age. The Bergen Belsen camp was liberated just a couple short weeks after Frank died. Meijer’s book will pick up where Frank’s diary left off and give a survivor’s account of events that took place after Frank’s death.

Meijer’s has included a few short pages about the time she spent with Frank in her upcoming book “Life After Anne Frank.” She tells a heroic story of a very sick and frail Frank, who still did what she could to lift the spirits of the other children in the horrific concentration camps. She told fantastical fairytales that included elves, princesses and other fae folk.

You knew him as Davy Crocket and later Daniel Boone. 1950’s TV legend, Fess Parker, died yesterday at the age of 85. Parker died on the 84th birthday of his wife, Marcella. They have been married for 50 years.
Parker, after leaving the Hollywood scene, became a successful California businessman. He had ventures in wine making as well as property development. At the time of his death Parker was the proprietor of the Wine Country Inn and Spa as well as the DoubleTree Resort. Both of these resorts are in California.

At 6 foot 6, Parker made a dominant appearance on the television screen. Davy Crockett was a beloved character with a large viewing audience. In the 50’s the must-have toy was the Davy Crockett Coon Skin Hat. Parker stared as Davy Crockett, King of the Wild Frontier with Buddy Ebsen playing his sidekick. The duo made a wonderful character combination and the fans adored them. Sadly, true to the real Davy Crockett’s life, his character died at the Alamo on the third episode of the show. Later, Disney created a show about Daniel Boone. Again, Parker was chosen to play this frontiersman. Boone was aired from 1964 to 1970. Often overlooked on his resume, Parker was also the star of Old Yeller.

David Headly has formally pled to 12 separate counts in a federal court for different crimes against the nation. One of these counts involves scouting places to place bombs in India’s financial center, Mumbai. Mumbai was attacked and 166 people died as a result.

Prosecutors cut a deal with Headly on the condition that he pled guilty and he told them everything he knew. This deal prevented Headly from being extradited to India, Pakistan or Denmark. India still is pressing for extradition and believes they should have access to someone who committed such atrocities on their home soil.

American prosecutors stated that the Indian officials can have access to all their findings and possibly question Headly, but they will not allow extradition pursuant to their deal.

Headly is an American from Chicago. He spent a great deal of his childhood in Pakistan with his Pakistani father. He is charged with several counts of trying to stop peace negotiations between Pakistan and India. He is also being charged in the plotting to take revenge against a Denmark newspaper. This newspaper printed controversial cartoons about the prophet Mohammed 5 years ago. His arrest was in conjunction with the sweep of arrests that also caught “Jihad Jane” in October or 2009.

About 1:30 A. M. on March 9th Alana Sanders knew she was going to have a baby. Her husband was gone to work when she went into labor. She was in the bathroom of her home at the time.

Alana’s two older children assisted her in the delivery. Jabari age 9 and Faith age 11 were the only people there to assist their mom.

Alana had Jabari call 911 and Faith call her father and tell him to come back home from Livermore where he was delivering papers.

It was a quick delivery. One push later and a 9 lb 4 ounce baby boy was delivered.

The two children worked with the 911 dispatcher in a very calm fashion. This is not something you see everyday from kids this age. The 911 tape proved the kids mainly Faith worked in a precise manner directed by the dispatcher. She even tied off the umbilical cord when it snapped. This was very important cause it could have damage their little brother.

The husband and father Geoffrey was very proud of his children in this precious time. He stated his children were “Super heroes” when he was not there.

The newborn baby boy, Joseph and mom Alana are doing fine.
