Stern, who was picked to be a judge on the reality competition show “American’s Got Talent,” said that Gifford came over and spoke to him before he gave a promotional interview about his new job on the “TODAY” show. Gifford is a co-host on “TODAY.”

Stern thought Gifford’s move was brave because he was not nice to her throughout the years. The feud between Stern and Gifford goes back about 15 years. It started when news broke that Gifford’s husband, retired football player and sportscaster Frank Gifford, had an affair.

Stern went to the airwaves to publicly blackmail Gifford, threatening to release a sex tape of her husband’s affair. Stern said he personally called Gifford after their encounter at the “TODAY” studios to offer up an apology and thank her for making the first move.

While fishing with his buddies, Joey felt his kayak being propelled into the air. The friends say they saw a great white come all of the way out of the water with his jaws open, ready to eat. Nocchi was dumped out of the boat and the shark managed to get a taste of the kayak, but swam away without harming the man.

After paddling to shore with the leaking kayak, the friends reported the incident. Shark warnings have since been posted on Moonstone Beach and the victim says he will stay out of the water for awhile.

The 350-pound man says the restaurant is guilty of false advertising because they refused to feed him until he was done. He stated he believes Americans should fight more often for their rights, and, also, the restaurant has great fish and pizza.

Shelter owner Teresa Weldon, her husband and two adult age sons were all arrested by police. All five were arrested on charges of child endangerment and animal cruelty.

Upon discovery of the dogs, some were in such poor condition they had to be euthanized. Five puppies were found so malnourished they died shortly after police arrived. The conditions for dogs and child was said to be “unacceptable”.
