Breastfeeding Your Babies Give Them Better Behavior

New studies show that babies who are breastfed for at least four months, are much more likely to be well behaved children throughout childhood. They are less likely to be hyperactive, anxious, or to lie or steal.

Breast milk contains fatty acids that are needed for brain development. Mother and child create a special bond which can also help to aid in good behavior. Studies showed that only six percent of breast fed babies had behavior problems by age five, while over 16 percent of formula babies showed problems.

Breast milk, especially the colustrum that your baby gets in the first few days after birth, is essential to giving your baby the best start it can possibly get. Formula fed babies miss out on this rich milk, and also in the closeness that only a nursing Mother can offer the baby.
