Britney Spears Lays Waste of Fake Abs Rumors in Details of Yoga Workout
Las Vegas, Nevada – Not that anyone was requiring her to openly disprove the fake abs rumor, but Britney Spears has let people know just how she maintains her childbearing-defying abs. She performs semi-weekly yoga sessions of 90-minute duration. Also, thrice weekly she does grueling workouts at the direction of her trainer, Tony Martinez.
Spears, age 32, attributes her physique in large measure to yoga and confirmed that the tradition poses known as the camel, boat, and bow have given her the ability to perform what would otherwise be daunting dance routines.
“Sometimes we focus on the core or relaxation, but other times I just kick her butt!” Spears’ yoga teacher explained to Shape magazine, in an earlier interview. The yoga teacher shared a few of the poses that have been most helpful to Spears, including the boat, crescent lunge and warrior II.
Spears’ trainer, Tony Martinez, has also shared a few of the performer’s workout plans. “I like to integrate sports because she is an exceptional athlete,” he explained to Hollywood scoop. Apparently, Spears prefers to take her workouts outside of the gym to keep things more interesting.
The rumors started up when photographs of her live performances in Las Vegas showed remarkably toned abs. Her abs were so good they drew criticism of being fabricated by makeup artists.
It turns out that Spears’ abs are really that good, but she has to work very hard to maintain them. In addition, Spears says that her physical improvement via yoga has allowed her choreographers to up her game via even more demanding dance routines. For her Las Vegas performances, she hired all young and new choreographers eager to make a name for themselves by pushing her to her limits. By all accounts, the decision is turning out to be a win-win for both Spears and her choreographers.
