The report looked at nearly 1,500 food choices for kids in fast food chains such as KFC, Taco Bell, Chick-fil-A, Sonic, and o thers.

They found that out of all of the kids' meals, 93% of the fast food choices for kids exceeded 430 calories, or more than one-third of the recommended daily calories for kid aged 4 to 8.

They also found that 45% of the kids' meals ere high in saturated and trans fats, with 86% being high in sodium.

This shows that kids' meals are not helping any in terms of fighting obesity, as it is hard for kids to have a healthy meal at these locations.
