With the coming of spring and the morning of Sunday, March 14th there is an important step that we all need to include in our day. Daylight savings time prompts us to turn all of our clocks ahead one hour. Many of the clocks in our life today are digital and some are programmed to turn the clock ahead one hour so we do not have to do it manually. This is an especially good thing for the many commuters who hop in their car and rely on their car clock to notify them if they are running on time. Cell phones such as Blackberries and Iphones also have these features built into them as well as many laptops and computers that are used for work and school.

Some older clocks do not have these features built into them of setting the time ahead for us. It would be a good idea to take a walk around your house or place of work and take a look at all of the clocks to double check that all of the clocks are representing the same time. If you skip this step there could be a flurry of confusion in the future.
