Hollywood (eCanadaNow) - On Tuesday night Britney Spears apparently hit a member of the paparazzi.  The man was driving a motorcycle and was hit by Britney Spears as she was trying to evade photographers at a Beverly Hills Hotel.

This comes as Spears is already facing hit-and-run charges as well as claims that she ran a red light last Friday with her kids in the car while on a cell phone.

The driver of the motorcycle was taken to the Ceder-Sinai Medical Center and had apparently very serious injuries.

This is not good as Britney Spears is set to head into an emergency custody hearing on Wednesday with Kevin Federline.  Federline wants to ban Britney from driving with their kids.  A video should be in the court's hand which will show Spears running the red light while on a cell phone last Friday in Los Angeles.

Spears will not face any charges for running the red light as police stated they can't go off of the video tape of someone.

With this news though that Spears has hit and hospitalized another member of the paparazzi, she may not have a good day in court.
